It seems like I also fell for this scam, no response from customer support, and when I made my payment, the timer didn't run out, and infact reset itself, implying I can pay for it again even 12h later.... The timer initially said 3h max, so I believe it won't be shipping, and the payment status will never update to positive.
If something looks too good to be true.... I have sent these guys the bit-coin but that was over a month ago. No answer to my emails they are doing the industry standard I am afraid. Do NOT send bit-coin to these scammers.
I also got trapped by this company... on another advisor page they were rated good.
