Lousy customer complaint service
I have been using Top Connect for some months without any problems. Then last week on 18 July they held a transaction up for compliance review. Their email said they would let me know as soon as the review was completed. I'm still waiting to hear from them. I have called them on all their phone numbers and sent them numerous emails and voice messages but have not received any response at all. Their customer service is awful, it seems. A pity.
