Don't bother ! I bought a piece of worktop from these idio ts, 3 broken promises of delivery later I eventually get my worktop only to find it has not been cut to size as requested on my order ! so I am now stuck with a giant worktop in my small kitchen which I can't get around in my wheelchair ! I ordered this through Amazon so please be aware that they sell there awful service on there to.
Ordered July have not received the item. Contacted twice empty promises.
The worst service I have received! I waited for my full order for 1,5 months instead of 5 days. They were keep forgetting to send something or wrong items. Staff is useless, with no idea what they are doing. Called them over 30 times.I have ordered a worktop with edging strip from them and quality was not great either. My personal recommendation don't waste your time!
I decided to replace my kitchen cupboard doors and looked on e bay for an idea of prices. As you can imagine there were a lot of sellers and companies. I looked at the location of the sellers and found Topdoors.co.uk, also known as kitchen doors Leeds and decided to give my custom to a local seller. I went to the shop with a pair of doors which were measured up, paid for and given an estimated delivery time of 3 weeks. The doors did not arrive and when I rang them to question why, they admitted that they had made a mistake with the order and then the doors were reordered and arrived 7 weeks after ordering. The doors were of good quality and finish so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered the rest of my doors from them. The man I spoke to said that they would give me a discount of 5% for my inconvenience. I ordered and received my doors on time but in the meantime they contacted me to say that they had made a mistake with the drilling of the hinge holes on 3 of the doors. If I accepted the doors (which I then needed to adapt the hinge fixings) they would give me free handles, so I accepted their offer. The doors came with no handles and I got in touch with them on more than5 occasions and kept getting fobbed off with the "we are going to send you the handles and refund" story so much that I gave up on them and bought the handles from another supplier on e bay. I still haven't received my cash refund either. This was a really stressful transaction to go through and I was just ignored left to my own devices by them. They have lost out in the long run as I have been elsewhere for the worktops, plinths and cornices and plan to do another kitchen makeover in the near future and they will not be getting my custom.
