Do not fall for the attractive prices! I ordered 3 bathing suits and was pleasantly surprised to get one delivered within 2 weeks of ordering, however it is too big and I wanted to exchange it. Here is where it gets ugly... There is no way to call and speak to rep and with the order there is no order number. I never got a confirmation email, according to their website this is where the order number is, and thus I do not have an order number. Without that number it is nearly impossible to exchange. I don’t even want a refund, just an exchange!!

Three months ago I ordered a dress from Topdresses,I still have no dress,it was promised in one month.I e-mail and they answer number the promptly saying it is on the ,gave me a tracking number the company don't have any knowledge of Topdresses.
I have asked for my money back and they say the dress is on its way.PLEASE EVERYONE BEWARE OF THESE CHINESE COMPANIES...STICK TO PROVEN COMPANIES,PREFERABLY IN THE UK.

I waited 2 months for a dress. It is nothing like the picture . I do not want it and want my money back. They are making me pay for the return. I cannot get the return slip as the internet page won’t let me. I am disgusted with this company as it came from a place in the uk. The dress is awful and will never deal with them ever again.

I ordered 4 dresses in M size. I got one of them delivered after 5 weeks, wrong size and very bad quality. Also size M is actually XS. Never received the other 3 dresses and after sending them 3 emails, nothing- no reply. Never order anything from this company! Topdressess is a scam company for sure.
