UPDATE - Still nothing and still not returning my emails. Feels more and more like a scam everyday.

I ordered a bottle over a month ago. It was never delivered. I contacted them and they responded and said I would be refunded. I have not heard anything since and have sent a few emails. Still no refund. I would like my refund but based off these reviews it seems that will unlikely happen. Buyers beware.

Top drinks stop lying. You answer my reviews, like you always do to others, that you contact me and offer me a solution regarding my refund after you messed up my order. You are lying. You never contact me regardingmy refund. You never answered my emails and I am still waiting for my refund. One month of waiting. Refund my money ASAP before I go to the Police.

No problems here. I ordered a Ltr of Campari (can't buy in France now) and it was delivered a week later - as expected, delivery delays with Christmas rush. Insured by Trusted Shops who you contact if there is a problem.
Also received a delivery from them from my son which arrived after Christmas - my fault as was out on the day they came to deliver so had to reschedule. Both well packed and as ordered.

Not replying to calls or mails and my order has not been sent. Don’t ever buy anything from this webshop.

Ordered and never received confirmation. When I saw you had withdrawn the amount from my bank card I contacted you, and you regrettably informed me that the order had been cancelled. When I enquired about the money (and that it was illegal to conduct business by taking money before delivery) you promised a quick refund - however, no money has been refunded and no replies given since. Despite numerous attempts to contact you, I may add. Police and bank authorities in Denmark have now been notified.

Update 6. January 2023:
To make things worse, Topdrinks now claim they have contacted me regarding a refund. That’s a simple lie - there is complete silence from the company. They are a scam-business. Stay clear!

Ordered on 26th December 2022 and they said it will be delivered yesterday and no update or proper contact. Inspite of multiple emails no response except the automated email. Guests are coming in one day. This is not acceptable. Please deliver the order.

The order has been delivered with a month delay. And it took a lot of emails to get any kind of response. It is practically impossible to reach someone on the phone. The track&trace link didn't work. Finally after being extremely lucky and getting someone to pick up the phone I got my order delivered. Topdrinks.dk pretended the issue is caused by the delivery company, and they said the same about Topdrinks. Not worth the stress at all. Never going to order anything again here.

Never received the liquor. In their website they said it would take 5 days. It has been 30 already and they haven't delivered.

I can't give 0 stars, otherwise I would have.
Ordered goods on August 1st, money was withdrawn on August 2nd and I received tracking information.
Since August 5, the package has been in DPD's distribution center in the Netherlands as being processed and has not moved.
I sent a mail on 10.08 and got a reply on 11.08 that the item is on its way.
I didn't get the better of it, so sent another email 12.08 and received a reply on 15.08 with a tracking number. I already had that, so it didn't make me any wiser.
I sent another email on 15/08 and asked them to fix the problem - no response.
Today, 23.08, I called their service phone, which they don't answer, I just got an automatic message to call later or send an email.
I have then sent another email but have no hopes that it will change anything.
They act like a scam and I will never shop there again.
The 30th August I finally succeeded in getting an answer to all my mails. I got an apology and was told that the company was unable to get in touch with their carriers? and offered me a refund of my payment which I received today 31sr August.
I was also offered a 10 percent reduction with my next order, but after this experience I am not placing any new orders

Last month, I ordered all of the spirits for my wedding based on the fact that Topdrinks said that they would deliver within 5 working days and that they had a sale and return policy.
The drinks which I ordered arrived after our wedding - approximately 10 days after my order and, throughout this period, Topdrinks were awful when it came to updates/communication (not responding to mails, not able to speak on the phone, not answering questions directly, etc.). I refused acceptance of the delivery when the shipment finally arrived on 15 June; it's 14 July today and Topdrinks haven't issued me a refund and won't provide an answer on the status of the return delivery - they seem to be reluctant to investigate it with their logistics provider or have the delivery but are just being extremely slow. A hugely frustrating experience with a lacklustre and unreliable company

My package arrived intact though 1 bottle (Bailey's) was missing. I never got a response when I reported the missing item.

Drinks were OK. I was surprised though, that "topdrinks.DK" were shipped, not from DK - as I expected - but all the way from Holland.
A bit confusing.
