ordered 2 dresses on 7/8 for a wedding at end of august. 22/8 I emailed to cancel order as still not arrived but they were unable to cancel order and i would receive a tracking number shortly. Finally received the 2 dresses on on 1/9 ( too late for wedding ) so I emailed asking to return/refund. After many emails i was finally given instructions and adress to return. Parcel was sent by royal mail(at my cost) on 5/9 and has been sat in customs in china since 12/9 (its now 29/9 over 2 weeks) !!!!!!!!

"The dress was shipped only after 22 days from the order. It doesn’t look like the pictures at all, it’s short and midi, not maxi as it appears. Very poor, I do not recommend."

I'm actually very upset with the all-around experience, as well as the customer service. I ordered a dress for a wedding and expedited shipping (delivery in 6-10 business days) and after 11 business days I emailed to say that I wouldn't need it anymore because it didn't make it in time for my event. Nothing helpful on the customer service end - no refund or anything. It's 15 business days later and I still haven't received my order...so. Hard to say how good the quality and fit of the dress is if it doesn't arrive.

I ordered a dress on 8/26/25 for an event that I was attending 9/28/25. As per their policy, I should have received my order within 7 to 10 business days. On the 10th business day, after not even receiving a tracking order, I reached out and was informed that a tracking number would be sent in 1 to 2 business days. There were a lot of emails going back-and-forth and I still haven’t received my item and it’s September 27. Very poor customer service as I requested expedited shipping due to needing the dress at a certain time. They completely ignored that request and I wanted to cancel the order. The day I asked to cancel the order, the next day they finally sent me a tracking number after I requested a cancellation! Very poor customer service and will never purchase something from them.

I'm very disappointed with this store. My event is tomorrow, and I called the shipping company, and they still don't have the order. I'm desperate for another dress, and I can't find one. I'm going to be a bridesmaid, and because of the delay, I might not be able to go. A delay that ended up destroying dreams, stories, and memories.

I paid for express shipping. It has been 14 days since I placed the order and I just received confirmation that it is shipped today. So the 6-10 days I paid for won’t be happening.

The quality is not bad, however the fit of the dress was not at all as advertised on the website, and even though they have an "easy 30 days return" policy, they provide no return label, the customer has to pay for the shipping, and since it is in China, it costs hundreds of €s to ship from Europe, which makes it absolutely impossible to return as the shipping costs more than the dresses.

The experience is terrible, the order was placed and only shipped two weeks later, and it doesn't meet the deadlines they mention. The order process takes 10 business days and then they ship it.

I’ve shopped from a lot of boutiques but this one really impressed me. Items are comfy, breathable, don’t lose shape after wash. And they actually look like the product photos.

I do not recommend anyone to order from this company. Per their web site items are shipped 3-5 business days and it is not true. I ordered a dressed three weeks ago for a wedding this weekend and until today the dress still hasn’t been shipped. Looks like I would not be getting the dress for the wedding. Completely frustrated!!

I waited longer but the communication was fast and great. The dress arrived in good condition.

This website is a bunch of thieves. I ordered two dresses, and they only sent me one. I sent them several emails, but they only responded that the dress came in the same package. They're thieves because they never responded to my emails.

I ordered a couple of weeks ago and hadn’t heard anything for a while about my order. I emailed to check on it and got an email back pretty quickly. Thank you for your response.

First time ordering from this site. I’m awaiting my order to come in. It was very easy to order and my dress has already shipped. Can’t wait to receive it as it is for my nieces wedding!! I’ll update my review once I receive my order and try it on!!

I received an email asking me to leave a review about the dress I purchased. However, I cannot do that, because I placed my order on August 29th, today is September 22nd, and I still haven’t received the item.

I am very disappointed with such long delivery times and customer service. I will not be ordering from your website again and will definitely not recommend it to others.

I placed the order on Sept 3, the order only shipped Sept. 19. When I contacted customer service, I got so much run around. Not sure if it’s worth the headache. All the that and I’m not even sure if the quality of the dresses are any good.

The dress is pretty, but the sizing was a bit off for me. I suggest checking the size chart carefully. Still wearable though.

Do not buy from this company! They are very misleading with where they are based. All returns have to be sent to an address in China at the buyers expense.

Scam of a company.
It states the company is from the US but actually it is China. All 4 dresses arrived really poor quality, unwearable with the stitching on one dress especially completely misaligned from the right side compared to the left. Very poor quality material and not as described / shown on the website.
Tried to send back and get a refund however was told I then needed to pay for postage back to China! Didn’t want to pay the extortionate fee for this and risk getting ‘lost’ at customs and being even more out of pocket. Please do not fall for their marketing like I did and avoid at all costs.

The dress is beautiful and great quality but the dress was way too big. I went based off of the size guide and ordered a Medium but looks like a Small would have done the trick. I emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours. Hoping to get an exchange before the wedding.
