Easy to get in Hard to get out - Scammers?
I opened a trading account with Topfirstgroup on 13 Aug under the impression that they offered the Immediate 0.6 Folex product. I deposited 249 EURO
and Adam contacted me. He helped me with setting up trades and also showed me how to withdraw USD50 to a Binance account he helped set up. All this while using ANYDESK. I made it clear to him that I did not want to invest more money and that this small amount is my exposure.
Then Adam started sending me info on NVIDA and eventually explained to me that this was a huge opportunity to grow my account very quickly. By that time my account had already grown above expectations. Then Adam contacted me and eventually convinced me to invest AUD 4000 on loan from my credit card. He indicated that I will make a killing on the NIVIDA stock as it will grow fast towards their quarterly financial report. The funds was to go to a P2P account? I did not like this but Adam indicated that is the way it is done.
My bank also did not like it and they froze my account. On 23 Aug, after spending quite some time on the phone with the fraud division of the bank, they convinced me that I was being scammed. I immediately stopped all trades and requested a withdrawal of USD690. My account was standing at $695.
Like most of the positive reviews above, I made a handsome profit! However a profit is only a profit if you can bank it and I challenge the positive reviewers to get a substantial amount of their account back into their own bank accounts! To date (4 Sept) I have not been able to do that. My withdrawal stays 'under review' and I have had multiple phone calls first from Adam and later from a lady who's name I could not catch trying to convince me that they are a ligit company and that they know what they are doing and they are not scammers and that my bank is actually the real thieves, etc. etc. They put pressure on me to start trading again despite my firm statement that I am not comfortable to trade with them again and that they must please close my account. Today the lady wanted me to open Anydesk so she could show me how to withdraw my money, despite having made the request exactly the same way Adam showed me on day two when we transferred the $50 to Binance in order to show it is possible. When I did not want to give her access to my computer she indicated that she then can't help me and that she has other customer that she need to tend to and hung up.
So you decide: Scammers or Not?
