Hiring through TopFracs worked well for us

Deciding to hire a senior growth marketer through Topfracs turned out to be one of the best calls we made this year. They gave us 3 profiles of experts they said matched best with our requirement, and we interviewed all of them. All of them were really good, and we hired the one we liked the most.

It has been a very good experience working with him so far. He hit the ground running from week 1 itself, and has now become an extension of our team, training junior in-house staff as well, and giving them guidance too.

I'd genuinely recommend giving Topfracs a try if you need experienced fractional marketers, instead of hiring a full time employee.
