Made ongoing deposits over 8 months, but then suddenly they demanded account upgrade and more deposits. Wanted to redraw my account after having deposited $4,000 but first I had to deposit $1,240 for Maintanance Fee + $200 for upgrade. Oh yes they are refundable, but to withdraw you also have to pay $1,755 as UTA-upgrade fee, and then I have paied approx $7,200 but my balance are now approx $65.000 IF I can get it withdrawn. Because for every of these upgrade fees I was assured from company Help Desk, that this request was final step before withdrawal, but as soon as I had paied a new mandatory request popped up, and had to be paied before redrawal. To me it looks like scam and I do not expect to ever get my money back..

Never order from this company!! Very dishonest. I paid $61.75 for a outdoor Christmas arrangement and what i received was so pathetic. They shipped it in an envelope so the pinecones and berries were crushed. It was 1/4 the size of what was shown when I ordered. I complained to the company and sent pictures. They offered a refund of $3.26 When I complained that I paid $61.75, they said $5.12 was their final offer for a refund and that would be the final email they responded to. If i wanted more refund, i would have to ship the product to China.
