Granddaughter 6yrs unfortunately dropped globe broke bottom pivot /light unit,don't know purchase place as son brought it.on off-chance message Topglobe customer service,what can I say,fast positive response,part arrived first thing today Monday...didn't message until Friday last..no charge!!!Happy Granddaughter, please grandad who saved the day,thanks Charlie and Topglobe makes a refreshing change to get and be able to thank good customer service...

Since writing this original review my daughter managed to contact this seller and my grandson received a new globe within three days.

Ordered the interactive globe for my young grandson at Christmas. When he opened it .. unfortunately it was cracked round the centre joint. I have written to the company three times and tried to contact them on Facebook but I have had absolutely no response and there is not a telephone number anywhere. I am totally unsatisfied and would ever recommend this company. My next move is to contact Trading Standards.
