Good products and good team!

I have no idea why there's bad reviews. The team was responsive, the products are *good*, and their resolution form customer service was efficient and reasonable.

Questionable customer support

Honestly, I like the standing desk! But the colorway wasn't what I was expecting.

I initiated a return. They offered a partial refund. I responded to the email to accept twice and crickets since.

I'd rate them higher if they actually responded to their emails...

Dusty Pink AnyDesk Fold

This is an amazing company! The rolling desk that came to me was beautifully crafted and well made! Then when I was experiencing some issues, the customer service team was quick in helping me. Identified my problem and then assisted me with not just an explanation but real guidance in getting my issues fixed! 10/10 company and I’ve already ordered my next purchase! I can’t wait to work with this company again! Thank you TopJob!!

Received my Dune desk much quicker than…

Received my Dune desk much quicker than expected and currently waiting on the chair I ordered. The desk was in great condition and packed very well. There was one piece (an accessory - cable box) that was broken, and customer service quickly sent out a replacement for the broken item. I am so far very satisfied with my purchase.

They sent a desk arm that was damaged

They sent a desk arm that was damaged, and the desk mechanisms are not in the correct position. Instead of replacing the desk, they are asking me to redirect the desk wires but do not provide proper instructions. This isn’t what I paid for.

Quick desktop replacement

I purchased a Ripple standing desk from TopJob. The desk was well packaged but arrived with a chip on the desktop that looked like it would lead to a large portion eventually peeling off. I contacted TopJob to ask about what I could to protect the desk and they responded by using their insurance policy on the shipping to replace the desktop entirely.

I received the new desktop within a week. I was blown away that they just replaced the desktop for me and did so quickly.

Great customer service.

Mea Culpa: the problem with my AnyDesk Fold was me!

This is my massive mea culpa: thought the toggle switch was broken, but...it was just me. A neighbor came by, read the instructions, caused the toggle switch to work, and quickly assembled the entire desk. And, I love it. Love the color. Love the design of it. Also love the storability of it when its not needed. And, so, am changing my review from a 1 star rating to 4 star rating.

Why only a 4 star rating, and not a 5? Because TopJob's costumer service performed badly. It ignored not just one plea for help, but 2, and prematurely sent out a customer service satisfaction survey, despite my never having experienced its...customer service.

Did not assist with defective product

I was sent a defective product (desk), reached out the day it was delivered and was asked for videos of the defect. I sent three videos, and they failed to respond, instead replying with a satisfaction survey on my customer service experience, closing out my conversation. Also, the online chatbot will tell you they are redirecting you to a live human, but subsequently ask for your e-mail address for contact. They are impossible to truly communicate with and have done nothing to replace or refund this defective product. Be careful trusting this company, very fishy practices.

We have bought 4 of these!!

Our household has a ton of computer users. Some of them it’s for at-home work, some for study, some for gaming. If anyone didn’t have this chair, they got rid of their old chair and bought one of these. They’re comfortable, sturdy, easy to clean, and hold up well.

Works great, and looks awesome

I was pretty sure this was going to be a good experience when I got an email from the company the day after my chair was delivered, letting me know I could contact them if I had any problem whatsoever. I opened the box, checked the parts (they were all there) and began to assemble the chair. The instructions were very easy to follow, and their illustrations showed me exactly what I needed to do. Five steps and it was done. I now have a wonderful, comfortable chair that fits me and works perfectly. I have carpeting in my home office, and the chair just glides over it. I can lean back or not as I wish and it just feels great!
