Unfortunately, my experience has been very subpar. I had to do an assessment and never heard anything about it again, neither from the company nor from the recruiter. No matter how often I tried to contact the latter, it remained very unprofessionally silent. This casts doubt on both the reliability of the organization and the competence of the recruiters.

The personal communication and feeling that the recruiter (Rasmus) actually listens to your needs and finds you jobs that fit them exactly.
