Ordered pants online and they arrived - nothing like what was pictured. They have a return policy and guarantee, but I cannot find the return address!!! It wasn't on the package, it's not on the website, and I have emailed them to get it with no luck. Someone responded saying "this is the wrong website" even though I got the email address right off their website. I was duped. It was my fault. I wanted comfy pants to wear at home during quarantine and upcoming mountain weather. But, don't order here.

SCAM ! No response to emails sent regarding delay in delivery. Its been over 2 months and I still haven't received my order. PayPal should not allow payment to go through.

I order in May 29 a watch and I didn’t receive any thing I have the order confirmation through PayPal and I sent e-mail to the company whith no answer and I am wondering PayPal have no clue what is going on whith this company tha they stilling money from the customers.

SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

TOTAL SCAM!! ORDERED IN FEBRUARY 2020 NEVER RECIEVED THEM. EMAILED TWICE THREATENING TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO REVERSE CHARGES AND WAS FINALLY EMAILED BACK WITH A FAKE FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER. EVERY CHANCE I GET I REPORT THEM ON FACEBOOK AS FRAUD.

I ordered some jogging pants and they delivered on the wrong country, emailed then 3 times and not response so far...such a scam!

My jogger pants were delivered to the wrong state. Multiple emails and no response. No phone number listed. They ripped me off $50. It’s a scam.

I ordered a pair of pants from topkmarte.com & they say they were delivered but I never received them & the FedEx tracking number that was provided isn't recognized. I've tried contacting them several times but have yet to get a response.

Ordered knee support on January 9th. So far nothing. Order # 15760. Can’t get in touch with them. It is a rip-off.

I ordered knee supports over a month ago. The tracking says it was delivered to me in Pittsburg USA which is amazing because as their delivery docket shows I live on the other side of the world and never received
anything. Despite numerous emails and messages I have had no response. I would NOT purchase from this company again.

I ordered a jumpsuit in August 2019, never received notification about shipping and never received the order. My credit card was charged and I have received no response to my many emails. Do not order from this company.

This company is terrible at responding to their customers. I ordered something that came and didn’t fit and I tried to return it. No one will answer me and the 30 days is almost up so I will be stuck with this item that doesn’t fit.

Also it took literally 6 weeks for me to get this item.

I ordered a pair of jogger pants from this site, and even though the material was cheap and the sewing definitely not up to par, they were a comfy lounge pant for around the house, which is what I was looking for. I then ordered three more pairs, 2 for myself and 1 for my sister, all the same size as the first, XL. When they arrived I couldn’t have been more disappointed. The material was even thinner than the first pair, and NONE of them fit!!!!!! One of them is definitely a small or extra small, and the other two are barely a large. I’ve sent over a dozen emails to the company asking for a refund, as I refuse to pay for such faulty product, but have been ignored.

Doesn’t matter how wonderful an item is if you don’t have good customer service . I have sent many emails and no one will return my email. They sent me the wrong size item and Haven’t heard anything back from them in days.

This company does not deserve 1 Star! IT’S TOO LATE FOR ME BUT SAVE YOURSELF!!!! Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this company!!!! You will NOT be able to return your horribly cheap & defective items. Here’s how they get you: If your item was a “sale” item = NO RETURNS. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return. It’ll take 30 days to get your items! Complete rip off! The items are horrible quality and completely defective! I did a better job in my 8th grade home economics class! All I was told from my first attempt at questioning how to return the items was “read the return policy”. There was no receipt or information in the package at all.

How do I return these products for a full refund? I am very dissatisfied with these 3 jumpers I purchased. Extremely poor quality and the lines on the striped ones do not match up at all. There’s no drawstring at all in one of them. They look absolutely awful. There is no return label, receipt, nothing in the package. I just want to ensure these items are returned and I am issued a full refund. I should not have to pay for return shipping.

My items are damaged, defective, not as described... I could go on and on. I’ve read your return policy and from what I’ve read, I will not receive a refund for these reasons:

1. The items were “sale” items.. discounted for various reasons: New customer purchase, etc.. You even encourage the purchase of 3 or more items to receive a discount! .. of which I did.

2. Items must be returned within 30 days of PURCHASE date. I purchased the items on March 3rd 2018. I just received my items on March 28th. By the time the items are returned, it will be well over 30 days. I have no control over how long it took you to send me the items!
I should also not be responsible for paying to return them?!! It’s not my fault that these items are defective and not at all as described on the written description AND the photos shown on the website.

I will be filing a complaint against this fraudulent company and reporting my review & experience to every outlet possible. I am clearly being ripped off and I will do all that I can to help prevent other hard working consumers from making the same mistake and throwing their hard earned money away on these horrible products.

Poor quality comes from China and takes a while. Website description said the trousers I'd ordered were cotton but when they arrived they were 85% polyester and barely any cotton. Felt cheap and looked made cheaply wich for the price I was not impressed. Difficult to contact customer services. I asked about a refund and they just keep trying to offer half a refund. I would not have bought the trousers if I'd seen them in a shop, especially for the price.
