I bought Elmo but quality is bad

I ordered an Elmo from this online store. Delivery is delayed by 3 days after payment. When I got it, found that the Elmo is looking not straight. I avoided buying it from Chainese website looking for quality. But this store is even a very bad quality. I will put reviews everywhere to warn other buyers.

All our Elmo plush toys are 100% original! You didn't liked the eyes of the plush toy and we told you that its no problem to return your order if you didnt liked it. If the eyes were not nice we would have changed the Elmo plush also for you. Sorry for your bad experience but we always solve problems with our customers and we never got an answer on our mail for returning the product or changing the product.
