Worst online shopping experience

I returned 2 waists support belts in original packages. They charge me for 30% damage fee. Also ask to pay 150 kr delivery fee. Worst online shopping experience ever! I wish I can give them minus points

2 stars for a disappointing return

2 stars for a disappointing return; ordering intimate gear especially waist trainers, which are difficult to measure perfectly in advance, cost me the price of the trainer (34,90€) but also the shipping to be able to receive the product (10€) and the price of the return (14,90€), since I ordered 2 products trying to make sure one of them was the right size. Why on earth did I still then have to print out the return form which is supposed to ship the package back for free, if this is the actual cost. The total amount for the trainer was 60€. Also poor customer service when asking about the return, this all should already be included in the product packaging or clearly stated on your site so people feel that returning the products s made easy for them and not draining, like in this case. Find your trainers elsewhere..

But in Finland our prices are:

Shipping € 9.90
Return € 14.90

The return is higher because the shipping price is higher for returns. This applies to both Posti and DHL in Finland.
