I recently took financing from Kody Alvarez at Top Lending USA. He said his fees is about $400 on a deal of $16,000 loan, but later charged me by direct debit of $400 + $1208 , and when i called him , he simply said he will refund the money and since then has disappeared and not responding to my phone calls or emails.
His assistant is Martin Albornoz who is equally part of this scheme.
