Everything else was great but since I had to bolt on the the locking mechanism myself on two of the wheels you could have told me when we were texting that I could have reused my original lockers and saved a few dollars by just buying four non locking wheels. They appear to be the same wheels.
Customer service was great and made sure i received what I needed.
I absolutely love this product — it makes my life so much easier! Every time I want to remove my hardtop, the screws come off effortlessly with my Turn Pro, and then I use my TopLift Pro V2.0 to go topless in just minutes.
What I love most is the flexibility. If the weather is nice before work, I can quickly pop the hardtop off and enjoy the drive. And when we travel, it’s just as easy. It’s truly effortless — easy breezy!
Prompt Service and delivery of parts needed.
All good except the assembly directions were/are awful. Parts are not numbered or labeled. The print is tiny. Steps were missing. Pictures did not help. There was a great deal of ambiguity throughout. Were it not for YouTube, I would have sent it back. Otherwise, not that it is assembled, it works great.
Had an issue with the thumbs screws plastic breaking on the first use of my toplift venture pro, and you guys sent me new ones in a matter of days. now they are all great. thanks so much!
