The page asked for ID and proof of address, the upload screen complained when one corner of the photo was cut off, and the second upload went through. Later the email and profile both said verified. I had a kid yelling about a missing charger in the background, so maybe my patience was not at its best, but the checklist stayed readable on mobile. After that, a small withdrawal kept moving. I’m still cautious, but the verification flow did not waste my evening, worked out fine
