Absolute rip off of a company-DO NOT USE!
Absolute rip off of a company. Called regarding a patio door that wouldn’t open. Gave my details and the call handler sent someone out around 90 mins later. Guy told me £49 call out charge when he arrived, £150 to remove handle and open the door (not fix it) then he would quote how much to fix but a minimum of another £125 plus labour for parts! So £199 before it’s even fixed then you make up what you want to charge?! I think not! Called up to ask why I wasn’t told of a call out charge and got met with attitude that they don’t work for free-yeah but you didn’t do any work!!! Was never made aware of any “emergency” call out charges (never once said it was an emergency) and he tried to say it was on the website. On the website there is no mention at all of a call out charge only a quote saying doors fixed from £49!! Absolute rip off scam of a company!! Do not use!!! (Have since got the door fixed a few hours later for £75 elsewhere). Avoid!!!!
