They took my life savings and then denied my withdrawal request when i needed the money for rent. It's obvious they're just a black hole for your cash. i tried calling them and they blocked my number, then sent me some fake email about compliance. If u think your money is safe there, u're completely wrong. They're thieves. The only way i got my money back was through guerrilla chargeback. guerrilla chargeback got my money back! Toponecp is a mess. They just lie and lie, and there's no customer service at all. u invest and then poof, it's all gone. How do people still not understand this is a scam? Don't trust them.
