Something simple but not really for some
Friday morning I had a simple task that I asked madryx to do. I had a feeling from the beginning it was going to get done when they said it will be done by the end of the day. I open up my account this afternoon and the task wasn’t complete. I never had a problem but now I have to reopen a support ticket and get this taken care. This prop firm is still great team to work with but this simple task should have been a 1-2 minute task.

Awesome Support
I needed help signing in to my new Tradeovate account at 12:15 a.m. on a Sunday morning, and I was amazed that I was able to get support at that hour. Sam spent about an hour helping me resolve the issue. Many companies would have simply told me to wait until Monday morning, but Sam was there when I needed assistance.
He was incredibly patient, walked me through every step of the process, and made sure everything was working before we finished. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service. Thank you, Sam, for your professionalism, patience, and dedication!

I had a couple of issues that were preventing me from trading last night and this morning and was getting really frustrated. I contacted support and both Ahmed and Daniel were able to very quickly help me rectify both issues which were in fact difficulties that were due to settings I had on both accounts.
Both Ahmed and Daniel saved the day for me.
