I wish I could make negative star. Do not trust this company. They will lie to you and steal your money. I made a payment with them on March 31, 2022. I received a welcome email for services that included a long list of what the company does and will do. More importantly was a line “We bound you in NO CONTRACT but in case of cancellation, client needs to inform 15 days prior to cancellation of service.” I sent a cancellation email on April 4, 2022, to the three employees to which I had email communications with. No one ever responded. I texted Allen Peterson on April 6, 7, to no avail. Finally, on April 8, 2022, Allen texted stating “You will receive a call from my manager within 24-48 hours” I trusted Top Page Rankers, but you should not. I am concerned that they may be an identity theft ring. My business holds confidential information, and it seems they only hoped to lead me down a path; only to say we have come this far hoping that I would give in and give them my login credentials. NO WAY WILL I DO THAT!!!!! I will not risk my license by breaking the law. Today April 13, 2022, I spoke with Ben Martin who promised to call me back in an hour that time has not passed. I did receive a call from Jonathon Smith who promised to refund my money in the beginning of the call four different times he said, “it was no problem to refund.” Then in the end of the call he refused to refund me. Jonathon, then upped the anti, indicating that he would send me an invoice for $1200 for cancelling within the 15-day period. Run from this company they are bad news, again I believe they are scammers and identity theft agents. I searched the Secretary of the State of California, and they have no authority to run a business in California. I wish I had done more research on Top Page Rankers. I see Top Page Rankers’ Yelp Reviews are bad too.ke a negative star.

Excellent support from Ben Martin at Top Page Rankers. He is a true professional and very detailed oriented. We initially just had a concept and he brought it to reality. I'm very happy with the finished product.

Hopefully this review will save someone time and money from dealing with this company... ironically i have the same complaints as everyone else who posted bad reviews;pushy salesman, doesn't rank you top on google,they typically start @ 250$/month then coincidentally reduces to 200$/month..when asked to show results they try to sell you on improving your website (for double the money of course)or another product ...total waste of time and money there's plenty of trusted companies that you can use instead of top page rankers

SCAM & FRAUD
These guys are operating from Pakistan but falsely claim they are based in US.
After bugging us for weeks & making fake promises, we decided to use their services. We paid them couple of months ($200 a month) but they never showed any proof on our google business page improvements. When we asked for refund which by the way they had promised to do it upon our dissatisfaction, they never honored it. We are going to dispute charges through our bank. If you want to lose money, work with them. We are tracking them through a cyber security firm and will file a lawsuit against them. Top Page Ranker is 100% SCAM, PHISHING, FRAUD, THIEVES!

I get called every week at least twice even though I keep saying put me on do not call list.

Obviously these guys are looking at other platform's sponsored ads and targeting companies based on them. That means they are wasting your $ clicking on them.

They claim you'll have google front page results, someone with knowledge will know that It is a bad promise. What they actually do to my understanding is they put you on their own listing site and their listing site appears on google front page results. So, I call it fake advertising and stop bothering people.

Very angry, i have told them repeatedly to stop calling and remove our number from their call list, ive even spoken with supervisors and they still call almost every single day, sometimes multiple times daily. And one guy tried to tell me rudely that he was calling to get an estimate for services when i told him not to call the second time that day. Hello?! I do have caller id!! Im very tempted to find out how to report them for harrassment at this point.

For the last 5 weeks or so they have been calling me. They are like children, "No" mean to keep calling. I finally to Mr Parker to stop calling. I keep blocking their phone number but they keep calling.

Normally I do not leave bad reviews for businesses, as a business owner my self but I signed up for top page rankers a few weeks ago. One of the sales man told me to give them a try that its was non-contractual, I could cancel at any time and that they even had a money back guarantee for 40 days. After a week of getting set up with them, I realized every phone call I got was them telling me I needed to spend more money here or pay a fee there, we need to re-do your website or buy all these other things. I understand as a business you have to make money, but they have super pushy sales people who try to sell you every chance get. After that I was extremely turned off from the company and felt that I could find, not only better marketing, but a better customer experience with another company; at this point I decided to use my 40 day money back guarantee, that was promised to me,about a week and a half into my membership. The person who was in charge of my file became irate at the fact I wanted to cancel my membership saying things like “how do you expect me to run a business if I just give everyone their money back?” this went on for another 30 minutes until I was transferred to their field operations manager who was snobby and disrespectful. He made smart remarks and laughed on the phone 4 times during our very serious 45 minute conversation. He tried to negotiate with me about only giving me a portion of my money back. I was set on getting a full refund as its implied on there website. He then said he needed to transfer me to the sales rep and if the sales rep agreed to give me my money back he would do so out of pocket. I refused to speak to the sales rep on the grounds I was already speaking to the person in charge of refunding my money. He told me it would make his job easier to just let us “work it out”. Im sorry sir This is an inconvenience for you, but as a owner of a company I would never allow anyone else from my staff to handle any of my responsibilities to a customer out of laziness. I was then transferred to the OWNER OF THE COMPANY. Who told me he would investigate and get back to me within 24 hours. It has now been another week with no response. I urge you not to use them For marketing, but if you do pay using PayPal as they were the only ones who can get you money back. I had to fill a claim and wait 10 days for me my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOP PAGE RANKERS!
