They falsely advertised. What you see is not what you get! I paid for express shipping and I still didn’t receive it until almost 2 months later. Everytime I reached out to inquire about my order I was told they were backed up on orders Which I replied if express shipping is not available you shouldn’t charge for it!

Months for delivery and every single item was incorrect or not as described. I asked for a refund after 2 months of waiting for my items and received no reply. Now they are saying since it’s been more than 30 days since my order, I can’t received a refund or send back the silly items they sent me. It’s like you order and they just send whatever they want. I’m reporting them to the BBB. Doubt it’ll do anything as they are based in China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I spent $200 at this store. Waiting weeks for my package to come. I was excited because the clothes were beautiful online. Everything I received were items I did not order and they refused to give me a refund and my bank refuses to give me a charge back. I was scammed out of $200 and as a single mother on welfare this hurts more than they care.

ordered some pants and kept emailing to see when my item would be shipped out. They responded once and said the item was being made. I have never received the item and they no longer respond to emails. stole my money and didnt ship the product.

I recently made the mistake of ordering from Toppathy and it was an absolute nightmare. I ordered a jumpsuit and a white cropped collared shirt. Instead of the jumpsuit, I received a pair of jeans. The shirt was completely different from the picture and had noticeable red marks on it.

When I contacted customer service, they offered a series of refund amounts (20%, 30%, then 40%) but insisted I keep the items. Their excuse was that they wouldn't make any money off the sale. This is completely unacceptable. A reputable company would have offered a full refund or a replacement for the incorrect and damaged items.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Toppathy's customer service is terrible, and their products are clearly not as advertised. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping with Toppathy to reconsider. This company is fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs.

Don't deal with them. They will never give you the address to return your item. The clothes are tiny. Run! Don't deal with them! I'm stuck with 2 pairs of pants I can't use, and they would not give me the address, which is allegedly in China.

It took an entire month for me to receive my order. Once received the pants were defected and too small! I have emailed them about issuing a refund and have not received any response. When I went back to the website, it no longer exist! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I have the worst experience with shopping from this company. They send you something different from what was ordered. The clothes is cheaply made. I was very disappointed. Please don't waste your money with this company.

Dont order from here … i ordered a dress and they sent the COMPLETE wrong one then told me i can either send it back and get a 40% refund or keep it and get a 10% refund. I refused both offers and asked them for the original dress i purchased or a full refund, they told me that wasnt an option because each item is handmade. So basically they handmade me a dress that i didnt even purchase and sent it to me. Not to mention i ordered it for a specific even so i had to go an order something different from another site. Horrible first time experience i would never order from here again

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!! I ordered a dress on June 20th, 2024 in what I thought was enough time to receive the dress by the 4th of July! It is now July 26th and I’ve emailed them several times with no response and still NO DRESS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!

This was a terrible experience. I ordered $300 worth of items and half of the items were not even the items I ordered. It took about a month and a half to receive my order when I tried to contact the company they kept giving me the runaround and on top of that the freaking clothes do not even look like they do on the pictures. They are completely cheap, SHEIN has better quality I never write reviews ever but you guys I got a save do not shop here

I ordered an extra small jean skirt set. I received a size small. I immediately contacted the company to let them know they sent me the wrong size and requested a refund because I needed the outfit for my daughters birthday and it would game too long to return it and get it back. Per the policy you have 3 days to contact the company from the time receiving the item and if it’s the company’s fault they have to eat the cost. Well that is not what happened. They began giving me the run around about how it cost too much to ship it back offered me 10%, 30% and finally 50% refund. I did not accept it because I would be losing money I have no use for the size they sent me. This company is a scam. I never received a refund, a return label, nothing. Do not purchase from this company.

If I could give below negative -1k stars I would. I never write reviews! I ordered a beautiful dress of $45 just for them to ship a complete opposite dress I didn’t purchase, asked for a return and basically they DID NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR POLICY! Tried to give me a 15% on a $45 dress that was incorrect, you will run me my refund immediately! Gave me the run around and increased the refund to 35% and said that’s “the best” they could do! Complete BS! Never got the refund becuz I was fed up with them and they tried to get me to pay for the return expense. Told them to keep the refund becuz they will need it with the hell, that will beat them! So this is your warning if it not a big enough sign for you to purchase else where bcuz this place WILL SCAM YOU!!!!! Also customer service does NOT exist!
