Slow...
The cars are fine, mainly new vehicles. Prices are good. The staff are nice. The down size is:
1) being picked up from the airport - 3 minibuses came and went before there was room for us (a couple, not a big group).
2) when we got to the office, they were queuing out the door. 50 minutes we stood waiting to be served.

The counter staff was incredibly efficient, and I was in my car within 10 minutes of arriving. The vehicle smelled fresh, and drove perfectly throughout my entire trip. Drop-off was equally fast and hassle-free. I will absolutely rent from this location again!

They were extremely communicative from the start to the end of the rental. Pick-up was easy and drop-off was easy too. It came with a report of pre-existing dents/scratches, and there is absolutely not a bad thing I can say about this experience. 10/10 will rent from them again.
