Poor customer service

ordered a battery for my bike and they sent me the wrong one I sent it back and they sent me the wrong one a second time and I've been trying to get a return label and refund and all they do is ignore my emails my chats and my phone calls now I am forced to have to sue them cause they can't seem to do the right thing and just want to ignore me

LIARS! DO NOT TRUST. FAKE PROMOS

DO NOT TRUST this company. They LIE in their promos (get a FREE gift/drone, $200 gift, free shipping)
During checkout, they charged me $100 for the FREE drone and $50 for the FREE shipping! They corrected my invoice after I complained, but they NEVER sent the drone nor any of their other promo gifts. And NEVER EVER answer back to emails. Also the scooter I got is not really performing as they said. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! Wellbots are MUCH MUCH better and trustworthy.
