Scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Ordered a puzzle in November...didn't come until January and then it was the wrong puzzle! They said they needed proof and to send pictures.. did that....still wanted more proof and ask for pictures of shipping label...did that....then told me that wasn't proof enough and to "put the puzzle together and send a picture " Don't even waste your money.

Total scam. Ordered a puzzle on 11/30, it never arrived.
Here is the message I received from customer service,
“ We would like to show our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused to you. We reconfirm that the package exactly has been delivered to the correct shipping address. Maybe your neighbor or others take your package away. If you still do not find it as suggested, we will not be able to provide you with more services. This is the last time we replied to you. Hope you could understand.”

I would rate this website and their customer support with negative stars if possible! i purchased items from then and paid the additional $25 to make sure i receive them on time and when i checked on them via their customer support email and I just got a generic email back that they are backordered! I sent the 3 additional emails and got nothing.

My wife odered a puzzle in October for a Christmas present (she thinks ahead like that). Here it is December 15th and no puzzle. She has emailed 3x over the last month and a half, with zero response. No tracking info was ever provided...surely because the puzzle never shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...100% SCAM!

This company suck. I ordered a puzzle for my aunt for Christmas on November and still have not even received a tracking number. I emailed them 2 days ago and still not a response. Waste of $50 because i’m sure they won’t refund.

I ordered a pair of auto darkening shades with a light sensor to actively darken the leases and i paid for the glasses and like $30 for expedited shipping and got a terd for plain old glasses that were worse than what you could get from a gas station and in total I spent over $50 for clear lens bull sheet.

I wish I could give this scam company less than one star. I ordered hand sanitizer from this company’s website on 3/17/2020. I ordered four bottles of hand sanitizer. The website gave no indication that the order would be shipped from China, not the US. The website Ad promised "immediate shipping". I was given a tracking number and the product wasn’t shipped from China until April 3, 2020 and didn’t arrive in the US (Los Angeles) until April 27th. The package didn’t leave Los Angeles until May 29th and wasn’t received by me until June 4th. When I opened the package, I observed that the bottles of hand sanitizer where only half full. During the 49 days of shipping and high temperatures, the contents had evaporated or leaked out. I immediately emailed topsGeek customer service requesting a refund and attached photos of the product and packaging. As of today, June 18, 2020, I still haven't heard from them and no doubt never will. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a bracelet on 5/13. It’s 6/14 and I have never received a confirmation email, have not received the bracelet, I’ve emailed them directly and now have an open dispute on PayPal. This is a scam company.

We ordered a bracelet for my father. The email contact was charmingduo and I have attempted contacting numerous times for the status of our order. No one has replied, it should be a fairly simple response unless they are a fraudulent company.

I ordered Hand sanitizer on March 17, 2020. I just received today June 5, 2020. There is no information on how much alcohol is used. I had opened case with paypal two months ago and I was reinbursed.. Stay away from this company

Please do not order from this website!
If you can, just order from the famous companies like Amazon, Walmart and etcs. They deliver and even if the sellers are gone they investigate and refund the money that I spent on the products.
Please make sure why this website is fake since their customer services have no phone numbers. And this company is in China.
I've ordered some products from other companies and even it's from China their estimated dates were correct and the products were delivered.
However, they never sent out the products.
We ordered 2 boxes of 40 masks and 12 handsanitizers on March. It was really expensive.
But until this time, we only received 12 handsanitizers.
The tracking number they sent out is not correct.
I told them to investigate if the products were really shipped. But they ignored my emails.
I had to make multiple trips to the local postoffice to make sure that they have the products.
The post office gave me the guidelines to apply for the lost mail claim. So please don't order from here.

Ordered 10 bottles of hand sanitizer in March and as of May 20 still have not received my order. Sent multiple emails and only response I got was a tracking number which says return to sender. At this point Tops geek is just ignoring me so obviously this company is a scam. And by the way I overpaid for this hand sanitizer paying 100 dollars because at the time in March this company Tops geek was the only company who supposedly had hand sanitizer in stock. That obviously wasn't true and they just stole my money.

I had to get PayPal involved ordered March 15 hand sanitizer. Had no idea it was in China! What a rip off! Paid $28.00 for 2 very small bottles that do not have ingredients listed on bottles. I didn't receive till 2 months later and only because PayPal got on the case. Then suddenly after trying to reach the company several times and failed PayPal got my items in just a couple days! From now on I will find out where company is located first! And so amazed at PayPal. They were great!

Ordered hand sanitizer from topsgeek.com on March 17 today is May 2 still not shipped. Fraud don’t buy from them

Fake company. Ordered on March 16th and goods still not shipped an April 12th

Wow...order my hand sanitizer on the 18th of March and paid $24.90 extra (5-7 business days) for expedited shipping. Just received my package, it’s totally fake! The bottles received are little make shift, with print at home labeling and inside...SOAPY WATER, TAP! Literally not even a hint of alcohol, positively not hand sanitizer. Paid almost $100 for bottles of soapy water and waited three weeks to receive them. Tops geek is like stated...FRAUD!!!
