Wonderful cookies, great service, incredibly fast delivery, perfect everything except the website. I found it hard to place an order using it. Otherwise, my rating would have been 5 stars.
I will, however order again since everything else was great.

Great cookies they were delivered as a gift - made it there fast and the recipients really loved them!

Sent cookies to family members who moved down south. The order was received in a very timely manner. And to quote one of the recipients “They (cookies) were delicious!” Thanks to Top Shelf for once again taking such great care of my order.

All cookies were very good except the dark chocolate mint- I thought these were harder than last time. Or would have given 5 stars. Excellent delivery time.

The Cookies were great. They were the right size, unlike the other Cookie Shops in have been to.

I ordered cookies based on experiences of someone getting cookies at the shop. I had to have them shipped, and when they arrived, they were good but not great. So I warmed them up, and that made a huge difference! Packaging should include instructions for warming up (as Levain does).

The shipping time was confusing AND disappointing. Because it was not clear when the cookies would actually be delivered, the BIRTHDAY gift arrived three days AFTER the intended celebration. To make matters worse, as we tracked the package (going from Dorchester, MA to Cohasset, MA -- and 11.75 mile distance) we were flabbergasted to learn, as we tracked it on its journey, that it was travelling by way of NH and Maine! What???? Really poor communication.

I sent the cookies as a gift and they were received with total excitement! The review was that they were unbelievably delicious!!!!!

I tried these a farmer's market this summer- delicious. Right then, I knew they would make a great holiday gift- nice to send someone out of state a little taste of Boston. Their favorite was Winter Lagerland.

Cookies tasted stale and not appetizing. Very disappointing.
