This terrible I ordered a scooter back in June of 2019 took my money and I never received my product. They should not be able to just set up web sights and not be held accountable for misleading the public

Mixed review - SUPER quick delivery internationally - to South Africa. No customs duty on my order. Really impressed with this aspect - just make sure you get delivery details correct. Was a bit disappointed that they did not have one item in stock though and still charged for any expensive delivery. This has happened before on an order - check your stock first before allowing someone to order - super frustrating.

Horrific service - still waiting on my order which was placed 13 June, they’ve taken my money, tracking says ‘parcel is damaged beyond repair’ I’ve heard nothing from topshop, to advise where my order is or where my refund is. I have tried contacting them by email, Twitter and phone, received no communication. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! I wouldn’t even give 1 star!

My all time favourite shop. There clothes are so top fashion and out there. Unusual! Classy ! Classic yet chic ....they have the best jeans there fit are fantastic I honestly Recommend everyone try there jeans you won’t regret it. Topshop can be expensive but there clothes are so high end and are well made . Fabulous quality. And last. They also wash up lovely . I shop online on the app a lot it’s so easy to use never had an issue with it. Delivery is always super quick to. A all round fantastic shop ❤️❤️❤️❤️And they have the best sales. Get looking guys

Yep same here ordered in June and nothing. I'm so hurt. I am also trying to get my money back.

I ordered a scooter on june 6. My money was taken from my bank account right away. I have been emailing this company so many times. I cant even count anymore. I contacted my bank they are trying to retrieve my money. I believe this was a scam. I hope this gets around cause I live on a fixed income and I cant afford my money wasted that way.

I have been waiting since June 14, 2019 for my order, ORDER #PNT2824. I have emailed several times with no response. I tracked the USPS tracking twice, not shipped. You already have my money. Please either ship my order or return my money.

I too ordered the folding electric tricycle scooter on June 17, 2019 and the charge was taken from my bank quickly. I tried to contact Topshopline, rfservicess, crazy Monday and women in needs. The supposed shipper is found at a shipping company in Singapore and they show it was shipped from Singapore on June 24 and arrived in the U.S. on July 15. Not sure if it is connected with UPS, FedX or USPS? Evidently all of the above are connected in some way in a scam. The lesson to me...if it looks too good, it is probably too good.

I bought the mobility scooter 3 months ago, but nothing. My bank is now trying to retrieve my money. Warning this company is a scam

Scam! Ripped off. Ordered. Got fake notices of it going through towards delivery within China. Then - it just "vanished" - and - they're gone!

ordered a folding, electric scooter from them, even said it was sponsored by a well acclaimed company. That was back in May of 2019, as of Aug, ive only received a $3.00 pair of Aviator sunglasses, a $1.00 pair of socks, and a $1.00 belt. as a "gift",, no replies to any emails, STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
