Have paid for a sofa I’ve never received! No refund!

I had previously bought a sofa from this company when they went by OLPA sofas and it was a dream sofa. I had to sell when I moved house and decided to repurchase the same sofa when I moved house again. All was fine, I was told I would have an email in a couple of days with a delivery date. After a week of not hearing anything I was then told they were having “technical difficulties” waited another 2 weeks, to then be told due to brexit they’re having issues with deliveries? They said they had over 400 sofas stuck in their warehouse in the EU and are now shutting the company down. 4 weeks ago they told me they were just checking if another courier could organise delivery and would get back to me the next day. They turned off live chat on their page, their phone number doesn’t even exist, no response to emails for 4 weeks. I’ve been requesting a refund, nothing. I’ve even asked if I could have the address to arrange collection myself, nothing.

I don’t know what happened to this company when TopSofas took over but I will now have to try and get our money back through PayPal. And their website is still accepting orders?! Stay clear from this company. Unbelievably disappointed. They will be reported to trading standards.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IN FACT STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I believe them to be wholly unprofessional, borderline dishonest and deceitful. I had ordered my sofas back in October 2020 and was still waiting for them by early February 2021 when I cancelled my order and asked for my money back. This came after several attempts on the online chat which has you waiting for over an hour at a time. Their telephone doesn't work, they don't reply your emails and blame brexit for just about everything. After exceeding the promised refund period I had to apply for PayPal reverse charge to get my money back as they most likely wouldn't have given it back to me. What a horrible experience, the worse ever, never again!

they ignore customers , no live chat reply ever and wrong telephone number , I ordered my sofa 26th of November 2020 and it hasnt arrived yet despite it has been over 13 weeks of awaiting
I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
I REQUIRE MY MONEY BACK !

They never reply!!

I have now been trying to contact Top Sofas for 6 weeks to chase my sofa and they do not reply. I have tried live chat, email and phone!!

We ordered sofa bed after 4 months legs…

We ordered sofa bed after 4 months legs broke down, get inside the sofa, my little one fell off. Company no answering calls, no replies on email, so poor quality for £1200 we spent, even no chance to try out bed as guest bed, my advice is DO NOT BUY, I will attach pictures but not in option.

I purchased a Bed from topsofas end of…

I purchased a Bed from topsofas end of February this year last month the bed was dismantled, due to constantly having to reassemble as it’s such poor quality & constantly fell through. The head board constantly came detached from bed frame it self. I’m in a 1 year warranty plan & after 4 / 5 months there’s nothing they will do. Awful customer service & they avoid all contact with you via calls & emails. So unprofessional selling faulty goods.

No complaints whatsoever

No complaints whatsoever. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Neil on the phone was amazing! Delivery guys were fab. Sofa is amazing. Only thing I could criticise was having to dispose of the packaging ourself.

Will definitely order more household items from topsofas in the future.

they forgoten the sofa legs

they forgoten the sofa legs ,
the sofa it wasnt look like in the picture ,
there was no chance to send it back
and becase the forgot the legs they didnt help me tu ansamble om
rubbish!!!

All good, nice sofa

Bought a big corner sofa from this company and I couldn't be happier. I bought from their quick delivery section because it was much cheaper than the same sofa made to order on the same site.
Love it! Feels good quality and it's got a bed that pulls out, although you wouldn't know that if you weren't told about it.
Delivery was pretty quick too, I got it delivered in just over a week from ordering. The delivery guys were an hour later than expected, but I reckon I'm just splitting hairs there.
Overall thumbs up!
