I had the pleasure of being helped by Bruno from the Trader Support Team today, and honestly the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

He picked up my request personally, answered within minutes, took the time to genuinely understand my situation, and treated me with a level of kindness, professionalism and care that you rarely see in customer support these days. No templated replies, no friction — just a real human being doing his job exceptionally well.

A huge thank you to Bruno, and to the Topstep team for clearly building a support culture that puts the trader first.

Top step was my first love like most of ours turns out it was a huge bait and switch of lies And gaslighting straight from the CEO Every word out of his mouth is a lie and exactly how you're not supposed to trade. Rule changes that hurt the trader and customer service chat that makes one suicidal. Not sure TS was ever worth this level of BS. Too many other firms w better rules and 0 headaches. Burn TS down!

Nah... They're still the best, payouts under 24h, easy rules, real Live accounts, no shadow rules, why y'all crying around ? Im with Topstep since 2023 and no issues, got a hundred of free resets... I will not spit in da soup.. From Belgium :D

It was really helpful and explained really well and more brief and understanding

I have earned my 2nd payout. I have been following all the rules carefully. I have met their consistency criteria, and all of these have been verified by their bot (Windy).
However, it have been 3-4 days so far, in which I have tried to reach customer support everyday for help, because, for some reason, I cannot request the payout. By now, all I have been told is to “wait until the trading session ends…” but nothing had happened in the last trading sessions, and the system is still not letting me request the payout.. so still waiting for the help..

Topstep accused me of cross hedging. It wasn’t true. I’ve been a faithful client of theirs for 19 months. They closed two of my accounts, one of which had $2,400 in it, (which I worked very hard to earn.). They wouldn’t even listen to me. They have video training which a coach shows you how to hit the reverse button. I did that and was trying to hit reverse on the other account. Before I could, they flashed that I had violated their rule about cross hedging. How absurd! Their AI is allowed to make decisions that only humans should make. How come they can’t even have the decency to let me show them what happened? It cost me almost $3,000 - including the charges that they originally charged me for the Combines.

I’m switching to Another more professional prop firm. One that utilizes humans, not AI.

Payout are super fast & support is very professional

I recently submited my 4th payout request with Topstep.The process was straightforward, and the payout request was easy to complete trough the dashbord. The rules and requirements were clearly explained, which made the experience smooth.
I am currently waiting for the payout to be processed. But so far the communication and platform experiencehave been positive. I look forward to receive the funds and continuing to trade with Topstep.

Topstep is a good company, the payouts are fast and they have always paid!

An Amazing experience and a great service

Been with topstep exclusively for a while. I was trading 3 xfa accounts independently instead of copy trading. I placed a trade one account and within seconds a hedging popup appeared and 2 xfa accounts were gone. Looking at closed accounts i see an opposing trade in another account 5 sec apart from single manual trade i made. This was either left by me or (what i suspect) an order left by tsx after closing previous trade. Raised a ticket, no one looked at it, just a bot response. Im no cheat and have spent hundreds of $ on these xfas. Im convinced this was a platform error but noone at topstep gives a shit. Way to treat longtime loyal customer.

Got my first payouts ever with top step really enjoy their platform

Accidentally bought an account and sent out a message, and within the hour, a Topstep employee reached out and refunded me, as well as giving me all the information I needed. 10/10 would trade with Topstep again

Candace provided help with my subscription in a very professional tone. She was very patient and solved my problem. One of the best agents Ive seen in a while
