I have a variety of sizes of these pads. I use the small ones the most, they are most stable in staying in position and have been enough to meet my stress incontinence needs. I rarely use the largest, my leaks are drips so don't need that extra padding. They last MUCH longer than 10 washes.

Cute design and a brilliant idea environmentally. In theory I support. However, from a practical perspective - these do not stay in place. I spend all day pulling the pad forward again, to feel 'covered'. You can't cycle in them (poppers). If you do buy, I'd recommend black rather than white - the white ones don't up clean. I've had these for years so know what I'm talking about, but I only use them now as back-up. I use Modibodi period pants - they are superb. TopsyDaisy have the right idea and I appreciate the efforts, but the design doesn't work.

Products are great but customer service is non-existent. I've been trying to get information about an order placed months ago. No response to emails and the online chat always just says 'there's no-one here please leave a message and we'll email you". Still no response. I understand Covid makes things difficult but a little communication goes a long way.

Order these in December, it's now the end of June, no order has arrived as of yet.

I ordered these products in January, they arrived May 28. Had I known they were being shipped from China AFTER China was already in shut down, I would have never attempted to purchase these. I kept getting the same stock answer “they are on their way, here is tracking.” Tracking remained in pre shipment mode in China’s facility for months right up until they arrived (it still shows preshipment). Now for the product.... they’re wonderful!! Absorbent, stays in place and no leaks. For the stress, not being very clear and slightly manipulative to keep the order (kept insisting they had many orders and were backlogged until I realized it was an issue of China’s lockdowns and not a backlog in someone’s garage production room), and the stress of trying to cancel $100 worth of product I was certain I’d never see since it should have arrived three months before it did.... not likely to purchase from them again. They behave like a mom and pop, but are warehoused in a factory in China. Sketchy despite the quality product

I posted a month ago that my product hadn’t arrived and it was almost 3 months since I ordered it. It arrived this week... almost 4 months later... so I wanted to add another review. I still think it’s ridiculous that it took so long. It sat in China for over a month, not sure if that was a covid thing or something else. It looks cute, haven’t tried them yet but at least the product looks as advertised although I wouldn’t order again due to the wait and looks like something I could likely make myself.

Waiting 3 months for the product. Anyone got anything recently...? Not answering emails, no shipping information...

Ordered in January 2020 , it is now almost April still no item . They send tracking information that is bogus . I contacted paypal to get my money back .

I placed an order on the 19th January 2020. It is now the 11th Match and I still haven’t received my order. I emailed the company but have not had a reply. I am beginning to feel concerned. Usually I get lots of emails offering their products but have had none of late. Looking at some of the reviews I am beginning to wonder if they have gone out of business.

I have never received my order, and the company is not willing to reimburse.
I really do not recommend that you buy from them since there is no customer service at all. I understand the package might have been lost by the post office and they might not be at fault, but it is not the clients’ fault either. In the end, I paid for an item I have never received. This is how you lose your clients.

Cheap, but very uncomfortable. I bought a set of these with bigger and smaller ones. None of them I am happy with. I bought some more expensive ones online as well and they really were worth spending the extra money on. The fabric of topsy daisy tends to fold on the inside and there is no way to get it straight again. Also, do not try cycling with these. It feels like sitting on a big piece of cloth. Love the idea of reusable pads, but do yourself a favor, spend some more and get some proper ones.

The white pads are poor in quality, which is a shame as the colourful ones are fine. Tghe white ones are supposedly good for 10 washes, but on a 40 degree wash, which is lower than you want it even, they shrank and whilst I made them last three washes, I had to then throw them away, as they became useless. Such a shame, as the comcept is good. Sending them back is just too expensive, so you're in a catch 22 situation
Customer Services not very client friendly!

I ordered my product Jan 2, 2020 and it is now Feb 13, 2020. I have made attempts to remedy this situation but I get the same response that it is in transit. I also asked about China and what they told me that I should have called. Really? Why not just put it on your site, no one should have to call as to where a product is made. I’m very disappointed with their service and accountability. I think they are some kind of scam.
UPDATE- I just sent an email only to tell me it’s in transit and have a tracking number. I went to the USPS site and my package is in transit that it is pin transit the last where it was San Francisco on the 6th of Feb. they are rude and crappy Customer Service.

They are shipped from China, which they don't appear to mention anywhere. It takes a long time to arrive. After trying two, I found them very comfortable, but since they snap on and don't adhere to underwear, they slip and turn and I didn't feel I could trust them. To return for refund would cost about what I paid for them.

These goods haven't arrived. They were supposed to have been delivered at my local Argos store but they have no record. I spent over $100 and Topsy Daisy say it's my responsibility to get Royal Mail to own up to not delivering in it but there is no facility on the Royal Mail tracking page for this.

I am recently widowed and took a risk with this investment hoping to contribute to a more sustainable future. I feel totally ripped off.

The cloth and product is good quality and absorbs well. The problem is that the liner itself moves around when you wear it and so it doesnt really protect your underwear from staining. That's kinda annoying and if it slips into the wrong place and stays there (ie if you walk or move around!) you would get stains on jeans/trousers in heavy flow.

Cute and comfortable product to use but as regards keeping your panties stain free, I've had better results using a wad of toilet paper :-/

They did not work as they said. I contacted the customer service dept. and after several emails between us I was told that I voided the warranty by washing the items. Not only do they ask questions but charge to return items that have not been used or washed.

my reusable panty liner from topsy daisy took a lil over a week to arrive after my order, but that is normal for most anything I buy on Facebook these days - and with free shipping I'm good with that. Everything arrived as expected and its good to know I'm doing my part to minimize waste!
