Very straightforward process, the extra income off the weeks is nice to help with our fees.

Delivered exactly what they said they would. happy we gave TTL a try this year instead of letting our weeks go to waste.

On May 6th of 2025 Top Travel reached out to me to sell my unused getaway weeks. At this point, I had about 6 different companies that had reached out to me in order to sell my weeks. I went with TopTravellocations because Jason Thompson (Lic#:TP17024) gave me a guarantee that they would sell in 60-90 days, when I questioned the contract, that stated 180 days, I was assured that it would not take that time whatsoever and it has NEVER taken that long. Fast forward to 90 days, I have heard nothing whatsoever, I called and magically I had 3 offers, all of which the dates were not available, okay, I suppose that is possible. Then I call about every two weeks, and every time magically they have "offers". After 180 days I called and requested a refund. They said wait we are going to double up on your marketing and we will get this done by the end of the year. I requested all offers come in independently don't wait. I had to call them and get a terrible customer service experience but hey we have offers. I waited 2 more months, reached out and bam magically we have offers!!!! Not 1 of the offers. NOT. A. SINGLE. ONE. of every single "offer" was available. THEY ARE FICTICIOUS OFFERS!!! I reached out to John Wesson and let me tell you this guy takes his role very serious, so serious that it was comical. EVERY STEP he said its not his problem, his goal was customer service yet I explain that I have a complaint of that and oh oh let me handle that! I simply requested a refund and had to admit that my lawyer was going to get involved since he already had reviewed the illegitimate contract. I explained would could just skip the courts and save them money by just refunding my money. His response, "bring it on" WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT. Run from this company. I tried to be civil in this whole process but there word is about as trusting as a rattlesnake.

After even further review it sounds like this is a pretty well known company to scam people out of their money and have no shame in what they do. This company and their employees should all be fined and disbanded.

Sloane was great to work with. She got exactly what we were looking for out of the weeks and quick turn around time for the offers.

toptravellocations.com is a scam they prey on new timeshare members. promise to buy there weeks back for corporation looking to rent out there timeshare week with the promise of sharing the rental profits with you, but requires payment of an upfront fee. Look at the business better reviews posted.. SCAM SCAM SCAM
