Topwin Inspection was hired to…

Topwin Inspection was hired to inspected 200 pieces of Electric Heated socks at the factory in China

They didn't have tools and equipment to do proper inspection. They performed basic visual inspection only.

They turned up at the factory and expected factory to provide tools and equipment so they could do inspection.

Inspection company should have their own tools and equipment to conduct inspection to verify the quality.

I would advise to re-consider before hiring Topwin Inspection
