I am very dissatisfied with my experience ordering from topworldcoins.com.
After payment was completed, the coin was not shipped on time. I had to personally remind the seller that the order was already paid. Only after my reminder was the item shipped the next day.

When the package was shipped, the seller intentionally changed the phone number on the shipment, which unnecessarily complicated the delivery process with the courier.

My account password on the seller’s website was changed without my consent. Despite multiple attempts to reset the password, I was unable to regain access to my account. This is a very serious security and trust issue.

Although the external packaging was good, the coin arrived with an opened plastic capsule. Based on this being my first purchase from this seller, this raises serious concerns and appears deliberate rather than accidental.

The plastic capsule was slightly stained with grease or paint, which is unacceptable for a collectible coin advertised in proper condition.
No documentation was included with the shipment. There was no invoice, receipt, or proof of payment provided. As a result, I now have no official document confirming the coin’s value or the date of payment, which is highly problematic for insurance, resale, and record-keeping purposes.

Overall, this was a very poor and concerning customer experience, especially considering the nature of numismatic collectibles, where condition and trust are critical.
I cannot recommend this seller and would advise other buyers to proceed with extreme caution.

Great Service, lightning fast delivery

I bought a silver coin on sale very cheaply. It arrived just 5 working days later, well packaged and in excellent condition. All in all a very pleasant experience and would recommend the store

No confirmation email, no response

I placed an order on 30 November (~EUR 350). Have not received a confirmation email from Topworldcoins since then. I emailed them twice, sent a message via their facebook, whatsapped them. No response so far. If I dont hear from them within the next few days, I will ask my bank to raise a dispute and collect my money back.

I ordered the Tower of Babel coin from…

I ordered the Tower of Babel coin from their website. Keep in mind a $600 coin. I ordered it the first day it appeared on the website. Just before any other dealer even put it on their site. I messaged asking about the lower numbered coins. If they go to first come and first serve. I was told that the lower numbered coins are being saved for wholesalers. Top world coins is supposed to be the website for mint 21???? Typical company that expects customers to pay $600+ for an item. Yet doesn’t even get the opportunity for a lower number coin. I was probably the first person that made an order! Ridiculous!!!!!! I’ll never order through you guys again. The likelihood I’ll ever buy a coin from them is next to none.

Misbehavior

Misbehavior. They cancel presale orders after months because the coins have increased in value in the meantime! This way they make more money at the expense of customers! Very bad and not recommended!

I can get coins from TopWorldCoins, that I can't get anywhere else! :)

I love TopWorldCoins, I can get coins from them that I can't get from anywhere else, their a little slow with processing orders and slow with email communications but coins arrived perfectly, and I'm a very happy customer, I'd certainly buy again, and the simplicity of being able to pay by PayPal is a bonus, Thank You, TopWorldCoins, from a happy customer in South Wales, UK :)
