I'm writing to share my honest feedback after facing a frustrating and unresolved experience with your platform.

I have submitted all required documents, including my bank statement, and yet the withdrawal has still not been completed. Each time I contact customer support, I receive the same generic message:
"Your application has already been accepted and is undergoing additional review. I will now pass it on to my colleagues to expedite the review of your request."
Additionally, I have sent an email to your support team, but have never received a response. This lack of communication and transparency is extremely disappointing.
To be clear, this is not about a bonus or a favor — this is my own money, and the platform is delaying even a small amount of ₹280 without explanation. It makes users feel ignored and disrespected.
Given the lack of resolution, repeated scripted replies, and no email response, I’m beginning to seriously question the legitimacy of this platform. I truly hope this is not a scam.
I am keeping records of all communication, including screenshots and transaction history, and I will escalate this issue to appropriate consumer forums and regulatory bodies if it continues to be ignored.
I hope your team takes this feedback seriously and ensures that no other user has to go through the same experience.

I got some login issues so I made another account (ID 9108826) with email and unfortunately for verification I registered my same mobile number.
