I’ve sent hundrends of mails, dms ans trying to reach them for info of my order. (130842)

I ordered a year ago and havent got refund.

Hope here I get answers and my product. After that, I’ll never buy again there!

This company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM INTERNATIONAL.

Good range of quality snuff at decent prices and free UK delivery on orders over £50. I generally receive orders in the UK within 2-3 days, with my most recent order delivered within 3 days in the run up to Christmas.

Was also told my order hadn't arrived because of "tariffs." Odd that no tracking number provided. This is no way to do business.

Do not order from this site. I placed an order and waited for over a month and was told my order was still not sent because of “tariffs” or whatever the excuse was. I asked for a refund and was told I’d receive one from WorldPay yet it’s been nearly 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my money back. Another excuse was given for this; this time it was “WorldPay is backed up from so many refunds being issued.” Nothing but excuses from this crook company that won’t send you your order or give your money back.

It's been 14 days and they haven't shipped. When I asked for an update they sent me a snide message blaming Donald Trump and DHL. They are in the Isle of Man and I don't care about the tariffs obviously, I'll pay them. Otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. I don't need political commentary, I need to get what I paid for. I get the feeling they're intentionally being crappy with me because of their political ideology.

My orders have been correct, arrived reasonably fast due to the area in which I live, of exceptional quality including many Toque brand products, and great Customer Service and interactions! I would recommend Toquesnuff.com to any Snuff user or anyone interested in this hobby!
