I would have gave 5 stars but here's the issue. First day signing up I redeemed $186 I got a $86 dollar Uber gift card and I redeemed the $100 dollars through debit card my PayPal to be exact I will it fairly quick BUT PayPal rejected my payment because my card was locked OK so I go back and log into TorTora casino so I can resubmit my redemption the 100 dollars was not back in my account so I contact customer service the first agent I spoke with was DUMB didn't understand anything I was saying the next agent says The 100 dollars will be back in my account in 24 hours guess its been past 48 hours and still nothing so basically I got robbed out of 100 dollars so just a heads up if you're redeeming make sure you're debit cards are unlocked because PayPal will reject it send it back and tora tora casino will not give you your money back they indeed will send you on a run around and will have you thinking you'll get your money back to your account but you won't so that's just my experience so far.
