Horrible & scammy returns process- Charged for an item we returned
In my opinion, this company has a very scammy returns process and extremely poor customer service. We returned an LED light rope purchased on Amazon and they recharged us for it after it arrived, claiming we only returned 1 of 2 of the ropes, providing only pictures of the closed box and our shipping label. We 100% returned both lights and have the weight and pictures to prove it. Already reported to Amazon & Chase fraud teams. Would never order again from this company and highly suggest you avoid doing business with them. Several other reviews on here and amazon about their returns process and taking advantage of customers.

Finish color
There was no indication or way to choose the finish color of the ring on the recessed light. There was only a picture to rely on. I was looking for an oil rubbed bronze finish, to match the other 6 lights I purchased from your company via Amazon. The light I received was a black finish. I'll make it work.

Great service and follow up
Great service and follow up. I had an issue with a motion light I purchased and the company responded immediately. They tried to help me troubleshoot the issue however we were not able to fix the light. They then sent me a replacement light. You don’t get that type of good service anymore. I would highly recommend this company.
