Torga Garden City is the worst…

Torga Garden City is the worst optometrist I’ve ever experienced. They couldn’t get the prescription right and then wanted me to pay $200 more for different lenses. I waited months and still don’t have the glasses or a refund. Went to another optometrist and got glasses in 10 days which were perfect.

Never again

On 26/10/2020 finally finalised purchase from Torga with a start date of 5/2/2020. After 9 months, I am now the owner of $700+ of useless glasses. Have been wearing glasses for over 10 years without any hiccups. This year I thought I try something different. On checking out this new store in North lakes (on my way to my normal outlet) Ian's customer service was excellent ( I can't fault his customer service - but that's were it ended) and so I decided to give it a go and change from my original budget glasses supplier. NEVER AGAIN! Nothing but issues, lenses that mean I can't see despite 3 sittings, glasses that break, and poor customer service. I took glasses in the end as I just wanted to be done. I asked numerous times re refund policy as it was clear I wasn't going to get what I needed to be able to see clearly. I was continually given the brush off. I had to chase them up continually. It was embarrassing. I would not recommend and will never again give them my business.
