SCAM. DO NOT BUY. This company had another website called Luxe & Co London, touting the SAME narrative about having to close the store etc. I purchased a dress and when it arrived it was outrageously different to the sizing on the website. Initially I was offered a partial discount for ‘change of mind’ but when I submitted evidence of inaccurate sizing they blocked my email and stopped responding. Have notified UK fraud about this sham.
Not happy with the low quality of the material
So have been emailing any address from their website as well as contacting their Instagram page with no response.
Quick enough to take my money
I bought 2 dresses and I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the material. Is not what is in the description.I contacted the customer services to return the dresses and they offered me a 20% discount to keep them. I asked for an address where to return the items as I wanted a full refund and they never answered back. Cheap materials for the amount I paid.
