Very bad customer service, no telephone to contact, email is does not work, only option to chat and then you will get response after 12 hrs, Impossible to use such bad a service.

Our marketplace has a lot of moving parts so issues can arise. We're a small team and humble for our limitations and bad experiences you as a customer might have. And happy customers is really important for us.
But not every customer will ever be happy. We responded to and solved your case the same day you contacted us. We had to get in touch with a third-party to do so.
And an order will normally take up to 5 days before it is shipped, as we also communicate on our website.
If you need to call someone next time I am happy to receive your call. But if you want help from our small support team, the chat is the way to go.

I’ve had mixed experiences in the last few months. With some orders, it’s gone seamlessly without problem at all. With others I didn’t get my goods as there was “an error in the system” which showed they had lots of the product but actually didn’t. I re- ordered in mid December after the first refund and stuff up and wasn’t alerted about the error until early Jan. This happened twice in a month. Try these guys at your own risk.
