I had a very positive experience with this company. The delivery was fast, and I was kept well informed throughout the whole process with clear and helpful email updates.
Unfortunately, the sunglasses did not suit me, so I needed to return them. However, the return process was easy and smooth, and I received my refund very quickly.

Fast delivery, fast refund, no quibbles
Purchased some Persol sunglasses, they arrived fast and in perfect condition. They were a bit too big so had to send them back and the refund was very swift. Royal Mail showed the return as delivered, and the refund was done within about 2 hours of them getting delivered back. Very good trustworthy company.

Not great experience overall
I ordered two sunglasses, Tom Ford and Gucci ones.
On Tom Ford frames one of the temples wasn’t straight so I had to return them. Not great quality especially as they were high value sunglasses.
I also used welcome voucher, £5 value. I was told that when I returned one pair I only get £2.50 discount as “that is how their webshop platform works”. I have never heard that you are not able refund further £2.50 from an order. I know it’s small amount but come on…
I kept Gucci pair but will be using other shops like Shade Station from now on.
