Delicious and comfortable
The food and the restaurant were perfect. Also the times between starts, dishes and desserts. The only, but small, complaint is that we booked a table and when we arrived the table that was assigned for us was already taken. However it was not a problem because the staff was really kind and fast to give us another table.

Good food
It was really good and the food is always a great option in town.
But the temperature inside was too warm, and we needed to ask twice for some cold water.

Wonderful restaurant, the service is always reliable, the employees are very nice and helpful. The cook amazing, Alex has made me one of the best risotto I have ever ate.

Didn’t get the table as requested
I booked table for 2, requested upstairs and by the window - just for me and my daughter 12 years old. She has never been upstairs and really wanted to see the view from there. We got the table downstairs in the middle when I asked to change to the one that available by the window. The waiter who leaded us to the table said ‘no’ not possible. We ordered pizza, dessert, coffee - food are great, no doubt as always. (I was here more than 10 times). All the table by the windows that we would like to change were still available until we left. There were also lots of people going upstairs. So my daughter quite disappointed and said never again to this restaurant and I will not come here for private visit anymore. The rest of waiters are fine, cold smile but ok. If we miss the food we just order take away instead.

Good and service are good. But I advice you to not have a table near the window on a sunny evening. It becomes too hot there even with the blinds.

The service was really good
The service was really good, we had one dish that came to late but that was well compensated for and that is something I appreciate. Then there is the food, it is fantastic.

I hope one of the next times in your house we try your burgers, pizza and cakes with coffee as well, it all looked very attractive there.
Booking a table was easy, but some more English would be perfect - I didn't know what did I agree as Options since there were only Danish, anyway it was ok :-)

Valentine’s day night
Valentine’s day with my girlfriend was a really nice visit. The athmosphere was really nice and the table set up was just WOW! The service was amazing, they had wine recommendations with every dish from the menu which was a really nice touch. Food was delicious from starter which had a very nice plating to the steak which was perfectly cooked to the delicious dessert.

Good food, but i think they are understaffed
We had to wait for 25 min to get the menu card. It was not pleasant because there was a couple that arrived at the same time as us but they got there drinks before we even had a chance to take a look at the menu.
The food was very good. And the place is nice with good atmosphere.

Room for staff improvement
I'd like to give you a feedback about what was not ok. I'm celiac, and when I was asking some questions to the waiter about the preparation and ingredients, to be sure that I wouldn't have problem later, he interrupted me and said that he knew what he was talking about, and if he was saying that it was gluten free it was. So well, I ate and I felt bad later, so probably there was something not safe for me. To make it short, he actually, didn't seem to be aware of celiac disease and ignore the seriousness of it. What was kind a disappointing, because Torve-Hallen is usually one of the best places for me, because, there is or there was a manager (a man with grey hair and glasses, I don't remember his name) there that is really careful about it, and even without asking he was always checking the food for me. Maybe you could train better the staff. But the food was good and clean, so as was the place.
