Poor Online Customer Service
I bought 3 things online UK website. My paypal payment was not been processed by Tory Burch online even after 5 working days. So I thought to contact them, I sent emails 3 times, still no reply. Their phone is not even working! Then I sent a message to Tory Burch Facebook page, on same day I got a response & email. The next day my orders was dispatched. Maybe if you have hard time contacting customer service try to contact their FB page. It worked for me.
Loving all the pieces I bought though, good quality & prices are good when on SALE! But I will never buy online again due to non existing online customer service.

Horrible experience. Westfield shop. The manager was extremely arrogant and rude for telling me that we don’t need to inform you of the return policy and you should have asked. The receipt said 30 days of return but only 14 days for sale items. And all sales items in shop are final sale? Won’t shop with this shop ever again and even the brand

westfield mall shepherd bush bad service
This woman in the westfield mall in shepherd bush was horrible. I was invisible and she didnt care. I saw her serving everyone else well but she wasn't interested in serving me. If you go to ted bakers, coach, michael kors, the service is top class..even tory burch regent street is good but not here. This particular woman had her back on me and kind of very dominating... I asked her if I could try a size 5 and she said in a non interesting way i will see what we have inside. I told her in the end that they weren;t comfortable and she wasnt interested, she said -"none then"

Excellent with minor annoyance
The GiGi pump shoes that I order came a day earlier than initial estimation, which was great. The packaging of my order also really neat and exclusive, since I decided to try their gift package service. Too bad the size was not true to fit for that particular shoes, so I had to go down half a size in US sizing, which means go down one size in the UK sizing.
Unfortunately, they didn't cater for an exchange at this moment. Instead I need to return my previous order and make a new order of the shoes with the correct size. There goes my 10% discount. Moreover, the website cannot seem to process my payment with a debit card, so I had to pay the order with Paypal.
Other than the minor annoyance I felt above, my shopping experience in this website was just wonderful.
