Long refund on an order that can't be met

I’m disappointed with my recent experience with Tosize. I ordered plywood, only to be informed two days later that it was unavailable—yet it was still listed on your website. Despite this, 2500 DKK was charged to my account on March 3rd. I requested a refund, which I was promised within “a few business days,” but only received the money on May 12th—over two months later.

This delay reflects poorly on Tosize’s customer service and its treasury policy, which seems to prioritize working capital over customer satisfaction. I expected much better.

Updated my review to 3 stars as the company answered my complaint to say sorry, to admit their mistake in the refund processing time & to mention that the plywood was removed from their website after my order.

Scum..

Scum... I placed an order a month ago, and today I finally got a refund, because "unfortunately something went wrong". No explanation, after waiting a month for material I thought was in Ireland and I'd be getting within a week.
Be warned, they ARE NOT in Ireland, and you probably won't get the goods you ordered. You might get your order if you move to the Netherlands but I don't live in the Netherlands, I live in Ireland. Why are these crooks even allowed to own a .ie website? You used to have to be an Irish business to own a .ie domain. Has that changed, and any scammer can now set up a website in Ireland?

Great for unusual measurements or large pieces.

If you are looking for a specific measurement or larger pieces you couldn't fit into your own car, this is the perfect option.
It comes from The Nethterlands, so keep that in mind for shipping times etc.
Easy to use website, great quality, and arrived exactly as expected.

Misleading, not in Ireland as…

This business is not in Ireland as implied. My order was correct but when it did not arrive on time (17/07 instead of 12/07) I looked more deeply. The company is in the Netherlands therefore the carbon footprint of my order is excessive for such a simple item.
