I purchased a 1000ml bottle of Herbolan online from this company, when I received this item it was sadly in it's last month of expiry.
I phoned this company to complain and the owners begrudgingly agreed to to refund me for the product only and not the shipping costs.
I wouldn't order from this company again, no customer care just two rude boys on the phone.

I find your review quite dishonest. No one was rude to you on the phone and we are not boys, now if anyone is being rude it is most certainly you in this review. We are a small local family business run by the two owners myself (Declan) and Jason.
After receiving the item, you waited about two weeks or more if memory serves me correctly to contact the store stating it was to expire in a month. I explained to you the product would be used in one week according to the dosage instructions for a flock of 50 racing pigeons that the product is intended for. At this point you explained you had one pigeon.
I offered you the option to return the product and I would indeed refund the cost of the product only as this was not our mistake and we cannot get a refund for the courier service used, the item was in date, usable and you had passed the cooling off period for a return. After a couple of calls you then began threatening poor reviews for my business and at this point, I declined to contact you further and sent a refund for the product and let you keep the product.
I'm surprised to find only one review here but not surprised it's 5 star.
An item I purchased was late and I had no real way of knowing if it was on its way, late or delivered to a different address.
I sent them an email and got a speedy reply followed up with a comprehensive reply and invited communication if there was a further delay.
Great service.
