As a customer of Total Findz, I must express my profound disappointment with the service I've received. Here's a brief recount of my experience:

Initial Order Cancellation: My first two orders was canceled due to price error and stock unavailability, despite the item being listed as available on their website shortly after.
Coupon Gesture Fails: In an attempt to rectify the situation, Total Findz provided a $10 off coupon. However, placing an order with this coupon led to another cancellation, which was both surprising and frustrating.
Repeated Order Failures: Despite multiple attempts to place orders with different items, each was met with cancellation, leading to a cycle of disappointment and wasted time.
Communication: While the customer service team did respond to my inquiries, the responses often lacked clarity or solutions, leaving me to navigate through the same issues repeatedly.

This series of events has not only caused inconvenience but has also led me to question the reliability of Total Findz. The lack of inventory accuracy, coupled with the inability to fulfill orders or provide clear communication, paints a troubling picture of the operations at Total Findz.

For potential buyers considering Total Findz, be cautious. While they might offer attractive prices or promotions, the risk of order cancellation, even when items are shown as in stock, is high. My advice would be to seek alternatives unless Total Findz improves their inventory management and customer service significantly.

Update : On thanksgiving i tried ordering different items, trying to end on a good note and use my coupon only for my orders to get cancelled YET AGAIN! The measly $10 coupon i received cant even be used as every order gets cancelled. Not sure if this is a ploy to steal information. Beware
