Ordered 2 in stock items on the 30th January for 3 to 5 working days delivery.
No messages then an email on the 6th February stating “ Apologies for the delay, your order has been picked and packed, and is awaiting colletion by our courier. You will receive a tracking number once they have collected.”
No further contact, no tracking number received, 3 emails sent as the phone number was not answered.
Finally received the package on 13th February after launching a visa transaction dispute.
I will not use them again and urge anyone not to use a company with such poor customer communication

Absolutely disgraceful service.I placed an order online primarily for a skee tek hat then added more items to take advantage of the 40% off all sitewide products.The items arrived and so many items were refunded as being out of stock.I was left in anger as no hat only one of the many catapults arrived.These did not say put of stock before purchase i had no email saying most of items out of stock as I would not of purchased anything.I have done the maths and because of postage I have paid nearly full price for everything im so saddened to leave this review but this is why.May I add yo date i have had no reply to my email raising my concerns and I don't even thing the phone number is genuine.DISGRACEFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE.

Purchased from this stores ebay shop and they just vanished, wouldnt answer messages via ebay, or direct email, the number on their website does not exist, I had to do an ebay dispute to get my money back, which they didnt respond to either. I think the business has closed, the decent thing to do would be to close down the online side of the business.
