Delighted with internal crittal panel
We had an internal crittal panel made to divide two lounges. It looks fantastic and we were very happy with the service provided. Everything went smoothly and the process was quick and easy. Would highly recommend Totallysteeldoors.
We are absolutely delighted with our steel doors fitted last Friday by Totally Steel Doors. They look great and have totally transformed the look of our living room - very stylish with a beautiful finish. They also let a lot more light through which we didn’t have before.
The installation team were very professional and took great care with the fitting. Everything was completed to a very high standard and our home was left clean and tidy.
We are very pleased and would highly recommend Totally Steel Doors.
Simon came to assess the job, and immediately saw what we were trying to achieve and made some great suggestions that we hadn't considered. The result is a bespoke crittal door that looks and feels expensive and high quality.
The fitter was excellent. Clean, tidy, timely, and attention to detail was spot on, especially for the job that wasn't standard 'off the shelf'. Communication with the team has been quick, reliable and clear.
I am so pleased with the end result, and would not hesitate to recommend. I will certainly use them again in the future.

The company are quick to take your deposit but then do not provide the doors, do not get back to you and give a whole load of excuses as to why they do not have the doors you have paid for!

We sincerely apologies for the delay in manufacturing and fitting your doors, as well as the lack of communication you have experienced. We fully understand how frustrating this situation has been. Unfortunately, we have only been able to provide updates as we received them from the factory, which is currently facing significant operational issues and is no longer able to fulfil our outstanding orders.
To resolve this, we are arranging production with an alternative manufacturer. We have offered you the option to proceed with your order through the new factory, together with a compensation payment in recognition of the extended delay, or alternatively a full refund of your deposit.
We are actively working to resolve all affected orders as quickly as possible and apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
UPDATE:
We would like to take this oppourtnity to update this review with regards to the full refund of your deposit monies which was paid to your bank account on 28 February 2026.
We are really pleased with our steel doors and the experience we had with the team at Totally Steel Doors .From Simon who came to give us a quote and Conor who fitted the doors it was a seamless process. The doors look great and are of excellent quality enhancing the space downstairs and the price is very competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

To say that I am disappointed with the service from Totally Steel Doors is understatement. I feel as though their whole approach has been very deceptive and “totally wrong”.
I initially contacted Totally Steel Doors on the 17th of October 2024, receiving a reply and quotation from the owner on the 18th, no quarrel with speed.
I was intrigued to understand their product and quality further, as I suppose any potential client would be. From the offset Simon avoided answering questions until I asked for the second or third time, with some still not being answered to date.
When I asked for photos of previously complete work, Simon sent photos which had been taken from the internet. I only found this out when another company kindly pointed it out. Further to this discovery, and so further research, it appears that Totally Steel Doors does little more than sell on doors made in Poland.
When Simon finally decided to send detailed photos, they were of what looked like a small off cut, which looked of very poor quality.
My wife and I will certainly not be purchasing anything from this company and do not condone their misleading approach.
To anyone considering buying from Totally Steel Doors, be careful!

It is amazing how you instantly jump to conclusions, in an attempt to once again elude a situation. I find that there is no need to provide my address when simply enquiring to see if a product or service would be the right fit for me, and in this case, I am rather glad that I didn't.
I certainly wouldn't agree that sending photos of other companies' doors is congruent with your "aim to share accurate representations of our work". Furthermore, not confirming whether or not it is your work is very poor, especially when asked on several occasions.
My genuine customer feedback would be to be more open and honest...

However, that said, and on this occasion we strongly believe that this review is disingenuous and posted by a competitor in the same industry rather than by ‘genuine customer’ who has actually purchased goods from us.
We had only ever exchanged a handful of emails, of which we were informative. With regards to the photo you mentioned, this was an image received from a client sent to us, which we only sent to you as an example of a design that we can recreate for you. We never once confirmed via email that this was an installation that we had carried out.
Totally Steel Doors aim to share accurate representations of our work, and we will review our stock images to ensure they meet our high standards. We strive to provide clear and timely communication. We take concerns about our product representation very seriously, and we assure you that we do not intend to mislead customers in any way.
In our email exchange, we had requested from you; your address details to enable us to carry out a full professional consultation visit and to measure for you, but you failed to supply us with your address. We had also tried to telephone you on many occasions; however it appeared that the telephone number you had provided to us was an unobtainable number.
We also confirmed to you that we only use the very best manufacturers in Europe (Poland) to supply our goods of which are among the best in the industry. Poland are the main suppliers of Steel doors in Europe as you are aware.
We believe that your criticism was both vindictive, personal and that your intentions are to tarnish and slander our business.
However, Totally Steel Doors welcome genuine customer feedback and reviews as they are invaluable to us; this enables us to improve our service and pricing to all future customers.
