I have been a customer with totally wicked for over 8 years and I used to be able to count on second to none customer service
I no longer feel that is true
I called last week and told the woman that I really needed my order ASAP she promised me she would walk it out to the warehouse to be mailed today (this kind of request is what used to set them apart)
Not only did my item not ship usps priority so I got it within 2 or 3 days
They sent it fed ex ground and did not even print a label until the following day and fed ex takes is the slowest shipping they use
Now today the tracking does not even have a delivery estimation and it’s the 5 th day already
I used to order 100% of my vape gear from them now not so much

Greate selections made it very easy for me. Will definitly continue to purchase from here.

Awesome company and continue to use totally wicked exclusively. Great customer service and great products. I buy all of my supplies from them. The batteries are high quality cells, the mods are robust and keep working no matter how many times I have dropped it getting out of my truck. The tanks are just as robust and sturdy. I have yet to break a tank. The coils hold up well. I usually buy one flavor of liquid and it tastes great, no matter what “brand” I purchase.

Know matter if I go into my local store or shop online I always get top notch services. My local store...honestly I am in and out with my juice and coils in 90 seconds or less....you can't even get fast food that fast.
